Tus responsabilidades:
Control of all Federal, State, and Municipal documents and certificates, CREA, etc., required for bidding.
Contract analysis. Sending proposals, revisions, and updates on opportunity status.
Supporting project managers with import notes requests, sales, and sending contractual documentation.
Management of supplier quotes.
Sending offers to clients.
Management of purchase orders/invoices.
Support for creating presentations.
Organization of travel and meeting schedules.
Updates on bidding processes and registration in procurement portals.
Tu perfil:
Título en Administración, Comunicación o Tecnología.
Experiencia en área administrativa comercial, relacionada a venta de proyectos de tecnología.
Entendimiento de las fases de venta
Manejo de paquete Office.
Excelente comunicación escrita y oral (portugués).
Nivel intermedio oral y escrito de idioma español.
