Your responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of software developers through the entire professional and development lifecycle
  • Motivate and support those you lead by example
  • Build, train and maintain a team living collaboration, high-performance and trust
  • Lead team members to support them being successful and advance in their careers
  • Foster open communication, conduct regular growth talks and performance reviews
  • Managing team dynamic, encourage people being responsible to achieve common goals efficiently
  • Contribute to our business models and technical concepts to deliver value to our customers
  • Shape change by commercial and technological decisions proficiently
  • Contribute to our software products and projects, support tender and bid business
  • Close cooperation and communication with stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Great passion for tech teams & software development
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a team lead
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Information-Technology or equivalent practical experience
  • Education or trainings in organizational and team-related aspects
  • Scrum-Master or Product-Owner certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of Data- and SaaS-business of advantage
  • Decisive and solution driven personality, strong problem solver
  • Passion to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality across teams
  • You practice and live the agile mindset
  • Very good command of English and Spanish
