Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement integration solutions for IT process automation and data synchronization, primarily for internal use and occasionally with customers and partners. 
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture team, key users from various internal departments, technology & platforms teams to understand integration requirements and ensure optimal solutions. 
  • Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of existing integrations. 
  • Customize and configure tools to meet operational needs. 
  • Deployment of Observability Tools like Loki, Promtail, Grafana  
  • Perform system integration testing to identify and resolve issues. 
  • Document integration processes, protocols, and mappings. 
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively address potential issues. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in system integration and related technologies. 
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed. 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in integration development, experience with with Snaplogic would be an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in CI/CD processes, especially with Gitlab and Kubernetes (AKS). 
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Loki, Promtail, and Grafana would be a benefit. 
  • Experience with Jira Service Management for automation and user management would be an advantage.  
  • Strong understanding of IT process automation and data synchronization. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills in English, German or Spanish would be a benefit.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
